Returns & Refund Policy
At Chief Camper, we stand behind the quality of our gear. We want to ensure your rig is road-ready, but we also understand that plans change. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and focused on getting you the right equipment for your journey.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If any part of your kit arrives broken, defective, or faulty, we will make it right at no cost to you.
- Zero-Cost Replacement: We will replace the faulty item or issue a full refund for the product.
- No Shipping Fees: For confirmed defective goods, we cover the return shipping costs.
- How to Claim: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage so we can expedite your replacement.
Sanitation & Safety Exceptions
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns (unless faulty) on:
- Used or opened Sewer Hoses and Sewer Hose Supports.
- Opened RV Toilet Chemicals.
- Fresh Water Hoses that have been connected to a water source.
How to Start a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at Support@chiefcamper.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the shipping address.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected at our Ontario warehouse, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee, if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We are campers too. If you’re unsure if a kit will fit your specific RV, please contact us before you buy. We’d rather help you get the right kit the first time than charge you a restocking fee later!
